Network Administator/Help Desk Support Technician
Professional Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required.
• Expert network and OS troubleshooting skills
• 2 years experience in designing, installing and supporting LAN and WAN technologies, including Windows servers and Cisco networking. (Veritas, and EMC experience preferred.)
• Expert knowledge of Windows Server 2003, Windows XP desktop, Active Directory, and Active Directory integrated applications (Exchange, SMS, SQL, and MOM)
• Ability to take increasing responsibilities for overall network operations
• Excellent writing skills, knowledge of and experience with developing and implementing technical documentation standards and best practices policies, and disaster recovery
• Multiple vendor engineer level certifications including an MCSE and security certifications desired.
