Gary E. Shumaker
   The president of C2, Gary Shumaker (a service-disabled veteran), is an industry veteran. He has led C2 to its current position as number 39 on the Washington Technology Fast 50 list.
   He was formerly Chief Operating Officer of Access Systems, Inc., one of the stars of the Small Business Administration 8(a) program. Under his leadership, ACCESS tripled in size in 2003 and grew by another 60% in 2004. Prior to his tenure with ACCESS, Mr. Shumaker was Chief Operating Officer of Multimax, Inc., another highly successful small 8(a) company; during his tenure, the firm grew at an average rate of 25% per year. He has also been a business development executive for SIGNAL Corporation, a firm so successful that it voluntarily exited the 8(a) program early and was subsequently sold for $225 million.
   Mr. Shumaker holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and a Master's degree in Telecommunications, both from Michigan State University.
Brian K. Newell
C2 Board Member, Mr. Brian Newell is the former Chief Executive Officer of Revolent Technologies. Under his management leadership, Revolent experienced a 50% increase in revenue, profitability and staff. Previously, Mr. Newell was Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Revolent. Additionally, Mr. Newell has held a number of key business development leadership positions with a variety of companies, including Director of Federal Sales at Paragon Imaging, Vice President of Business Development at AperServ Technologies and Senior Business Development Manager of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Mr. Newell significantly increased corporate sales in each leading role and his primary responsibility included developing and managing sales strategies, which focused on near- and longer-term growth opportunities. He also launched several new products to the DOD Intelligence community. Under his leadership, Revolent has demonstrated its commitment to providing clients with talented people who bridge the gap between technology and business needs. Mr. Newell holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.

W. David Murphy
   C2's Director of Service Delivery, W. David Murphy, Jr. PMP, a Project Management Institute (PMI)-certified Project Management Professional (PMP) brings over 17 years experience in the Information Technology field and has been a certified PMP since 2001. He is ITIL v3 Foundations certified and a member of Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). He has demonstrated management performance for such industry leaders as the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of the Army, Marriott International, Freddie Mac and the Society for Worldwide Inter-bank Financial Telecommunications (S.W.I.F.T).
   After being honorably discharged from the U.S. Army as an Infantry Squad Leader in a Heavy Anti-Tank Weapons platoon, Mr. Murphy attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
