C2 was founded in 2005. Since that time, the Departments of Homeland Security (DHS), Veterans Affairs (VA), Transportation (DOT), Defense (DOD), and the Executive Office of the President are some of the agencies that have experienced C2's performance as promised commitment to ethics and reliability.
