Gary Shumaker, President & CEO of C2, served as an Officer in the U.S. Army for the first 20 years of his career. Since that time, Gary has gained over 30 years of industry experience and co-founded C2 Solutions Group, Inc. with Vice President, Brian Newell.

  2. To ensure C2 employee professional growth through the successful completion of mandatory training sessions provided by C2, measured by maintaining at least a 90% participation rate by current employees.
  3. To demonstrate our commitment to continuous improvement, measured by maintaining a minimum rate of 90% of all corrective action requests (CARs) closed out by their initial due date.
